no problems other than i had to heat one key to get it off the torsion bar(rusty) and i gave myself a good burn being careless lol. it was easy to get them back on. just used a pry bar on the torsion bar to get clearance to slide the keys back on. could have added more to the keys for more lift with no trouble getting them back on. i used some 1/2 inch round stock and 1 piece of 1/4 flat. welded on with a stick welder. i had 8 in of clearance before

After seeing this post I took my keys off and did the same thing. Took me about 30 min from start to finish and gave me enough lift to put 2 inch block in the back and it will still set level. Works just as good as new key would. Now I have 4 inches of lift(2in body and 2in keys & blocks) for less then 130 dollars.

I spent some time today on the 94, seems the right torsion bar was cranked higher than the left (driver side). Added a pair of helpers to the rear previously for weight I carry truck is now level, except for, lol drivers front is 1/4 inch lower than the pass. Rear passenger is 3/8 higher than driver. Fiddled with it quite a bit figure its from a previous owner getting hit in the pass rear.
K Found blocks at zone. Got two inch. I was lucky a Gen 2 was parked in the lot so I was able to compare. With the helper springs and 2 inch blocks I will sit aout 1 inch higher than the Gen 2 was and when pulling the trailer I should be good.
OH Chit Just realized, If I got 3 inch blocks the truck would be running down hill all the time, Id never have to buy gas again !
