I'm sure there is more then just you and Frozen in alberta with Dak's T.C. :P

Cause to point out. As far as I know from watching the members in the Dak forums there is only one other person whose even remotely in my area. While there is easily hundreds of Daks :P

And I'm pretty sure he's talking about Magrath & surrounding area. haha.
And case in point....my buddy drives a 2007(?) Dakota, and he's not a member here.

Oh, and here....the old girl, Sheila, loaded (over-loaded IMO) with concrete.

Default 87 Dakota Longbed

Here's a couple of pics of my 87 Dakota Longbed. I can't find any of my before pics. though. It doesn't look anywhere near perfect but it is good for a 20 footer I still need to spray some more red paint, Rustoleum Satin Heritage Red. Unfortunately O/T stopped at work so I have to wait to finish it up. Unless of course if anyone wants to donate some paint to the cause LOL

I'm working on finding a leather center console that will fit between my BMW seats, I want one with a hand brake so I can move it off the floor pedal and have some fun!

Actually the factory color is Red & the color I am painting it is Satin Heritage Red. My camera didn't capture the color very well. I really need some more cans of paint so I can get complete coverage & then maybe a second coat for more Red hue.

here are just a few random pics of my dakota, aka the lil chub (i stuck with the previous owners name as it was named this since it was always the smallest truck out playing, yet always seemed to make it farther than the big boys)

Its a 91 sport with the 318 auto and of course 4wd! I bought the truck for $500 cash as it sits in the first picture... had a charging issue which i traced back to the voltage regualtor internal with the computer, so i wired in an external from an 88 ramcharger i believe it was. works perfect and running strong still 10k miles later.

this is after the aal, and 2"body lift and cranking the torsion bars a little.

I wasnt a fan of the bumper the previous owners put on it, as it was falling apart, so i just built my own and hurculined it

i added 4 more 6" offroad lights with 100 watt bulbs to the light bar making a total of 6 lights =)

and just a dirty pic of how she sits as of last week with a little mud on it, and the 31x10.5x15 tires.

How hard was it to put those seats in there. mine desperately needs some new seats/center console/steering wheel

Moderate, you will need custom brackets on the outer rear edge of the seats and some spacers for the inner rear mount. Front tracks sit right on the cab floor: http://www.dakota-durango.com/forum/...d.php?t=153838
