i have an 89 dodge dakota 4x4 5 speed, and was wondering if it is possable to get a 318ci motor in it and what would it take?

There is only one full susp lift kit. Trail master $1,700 FAQ2 the link I gave you also has all the options listed. Lots of small things you can do to lift. Body kit to lift keys and all.
