I got the new tires put on it. The 265/75R16 are like 31.5 x 10.5. I had to cut a small amount off the back of the fenders but they fit great now. I also installed a dana spicer trac-lok limited slip differential in the 9.25 inch yesterday. With these tires and that differential I can't make it let go of the road... and it was raining all day. I'll take a picture of the whole truck when it's light out.

Thanks! I have done all of the work to it, including the paint job, so I always appreciate compliments. As for the parts trucks, check your local junkyards and craigslist. I'm always looking on craigslist for stuff.

Keys...aye? That's allot cheaper than that Trailmaster kit I keep hearing about. The kit costs more than I paid for the truck and I only want a little lift. Just enough to put 32's on it. I wonder if I can get away with a body lift and still put 32x10.5x16 under it.
Another ?, what does the 9 1/4 rear do for you? and did you have to do both front and rear?
Fortunately for me I have truck salvage yard close to home so I can get mostly anything I need.

If you get a 2 inch body lift and keys for the torsion bars and blocks for the back, all of which is relativley cheap, I have no doubt you can fit 32x10.5x16's on it. The tires I just got mounted measure about 31.5x10.5x16 and I had to cut the back corner off the fender but they dont rub now. The 9 1/4 inch came with bigger brakes, is about 1 inch wider and is heavier (gets a little more weight back there to help with traction). Other than that it doesnt do too much, it was just a fun project to swap them.

Are those the 15'' rims? If so do you have the center caps? I recently found some 15'' rims that are the same style but they dont come with the caps and I was wanting to some the correct ones.

If you're referring to my old steel wheels they were 15" but I only have 3 of the center caps (one fell off on the road one day) and one of them is in pretty poor shape (the chrome finish is peeling off). If you're referring to the new wheels they are 16" and they guy I bought them from only had 2 of the center caps. I've been looking for 2 new ones on ebay but people selling them want way more money for them than I wanna spend.

You know, we've got some Dakota's at work, and I was thinking the other day, "maybe I need to procure some of those center caps"... lol.

Bad96_3.9,

Are you saying that you have some of the newer style chrome rims and center caps or the older style?
