Default New Wheels

I got new wheels today for the truck. The tires are junk but I got the wheels for cheap. I'm thinking about putting Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor 265/75R16's on them. What do ya'll think?

Looks nice.
I tried going with the newer rims, but they rubbed against a bolt on the front wheels.

nice wheels, i have them on my 01 dak and IMO they are the best wheels ever put on daks besides the silver R/T rims... dont care for the chrome R/T rims very much.
I see they have the goodyear eagle LS's on them, the same rim/tire combo on my 01. And you're absolutely right, those tires are junk even brand new. The tread just melts off them and they cost about 150$ each to replace. Forget about traction on rain or snow, the only thing they're good for is dry road traction. The tires you are thinking about getting should be good though. I have yet to find a tire that I would buy for my truck, even though I dont like the eagles. The thing I like the most about them is that they are only 28 pounds/tire, no other tire ive seen has been close to such a low weight, which means more rotating mass which equals worse mileage and an even slower truck.

Those wheels look SWEET! You probably got the info somewhere here, but how'd you get your '95 up that high? Is that a suspension lift or body?

I used lift keys for the torsion bars up front and when I installed the 9.25 inch rear end in it i welded on taller spring perches and put towing shocks with helper springs on it.
