http://www.totalperformanceonline.co...ayout_0100.xsl (It says lowering kit, but what they do is reindex the hex keys 30 deg from stock, so depending on what orientation you install them they will either advance the keys 30 deg or back them off 30 deg... Basically they'll work as either lift or lowering keys.)
I borrowed a torsion bar unloader from a mechanic friend of mine. With that tool the swap took about 15 min. I've heard some people say they swapped keys without the tool, but if you can find one it will make the job very easy.
As for how to unload them, the tool looks like a large C-Clamp that holds the keys as you back off the adjuster bolt. When you get the bolt off, you back off the unloader and the torsion bar should be completly unloaded before the unloader is done backing off.
I would suggest you get a body lift kit too for that size tire. I'm going to. Those tires just barley rub the inner fender well with the torsion bars all the way cranked.

It all depends on how high you want your truck. 265/75R16's are 31.5" x 10.5". There are a few people on this forum with larger tires than that. If you just crank the bars and don't want to mess with a body lift you should probably go with 265/70R16. I'm gonna fix the rubbing problem by putting a body lift on my truck (although my frame is bent and the left tire rubs on the front crossmember at full lock), but it will at least fix it from rubbing on the fenders.

So i took the new rims into the shop and had them switch the tires over. i was very happy with my recent purchases until i came home annd turned hard left to park in the garage and felt something grinding against something else!!!! i pulled out the trouble light and looked inside and there i could see the inside of the rim was rubbing against the tie rod end.... anybody know of any tricks around this? i am completely sick by this. it only rubs on the inside of the rim (not the bead part).
