Default 3.9 magnum early carbed intake?

I have an early dakota with a bad 3.9. I also have a good magnum 3.9. I would like to swap the magnum in the truck but I want to keep it carbed. Can I redrill the intake to fit the magnum heads or does anyone know of a machine shop in indy that can drill the heads? thanks

I would suggest swaping in the magnum and the EFI. It is more work but lots more power and fuel economy. But if you truely wanted to keep the carb just swap over the carbed intake and heads. And just use the magnum engine short block.
