I promised pics.... heres a pic.
Problem is..... water was a little deeper than I thought.
Dakota has a damn "straw" going from the grill right in to the intake manifold which likes to "slurrrrrp" up the water. Like a couple gallons!
Long story short, water in the motor while running, siezed motor and most likely thrown a rod.
Crank is completely solid and wont even nudge (tried to manually move balancer with a pipe wrench with plugs out and nada)
Going to tear it apart, but anyone got any advice or tips prior?

I would suggest letting it dry for a couple days. I knew someone who hydrolocked his motor offroading and let it dry out and it cranked right back up! If it doesn't, start by pulling off the manifold and heads and look there. Unless I'm mistaken, water shouldn't be able to get into the crankcase unless the piston rings are shot. Once you get the heads off, try to push each piston individually to check for a broken rod. Just my $0.02, someone else might have a better approach.
Also, when you get it fixed, I would suggest a snorkle :P

Haha... Thanks.
Actually, depending on what I find in the motor (which is Deffinately broke not just hydro locked) I may begin my next build...
