What to buy?
One pan is enough, there's only like 2-3 quarts of fluid in there, and those plastic drain pans can usually hold like 4 or 5 gallons.
If you need advice on painting the truck (I don't know if you have any experience w/ paint and body work), I wrote up a thread about it (I worked in a body shop for a little over 3 years)... https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...rk-thread.html
As for the running problem, have you checked your accessory belt (or belts, I forgot what year your truck is) to make sure the power steering pump is working?

I have a 95, no i havent checked them but i will be sure too! Ya right now im working at an autobody shop sanding and painting, and before this I was at another body truck, mainly working on semi's and heavy duty trucks, so I have experience but im sure your thread will be helpful.
I have another question, the guy that had my truck before lifted it with hockey pucks there is 2 in between the frame and the truck on all four sides. Is that really bad? How many hockey pucks is too many"? How would I lift it properly?
I have IFS (independant front suspension). I know that it is easier to do if you have solid axle and i know its much cheaper.
Any advice how I could lift it, And If stacking more hockey pucks is a good or bad idea.
Thanks

I've heard of people using hockey pucks before for a body lift. I have the performance accessories 2 inch body lift on my truck... I wouldn't exactly call it a wrong way to lift it. One guy on here (Blue_12) did a custom 6 inch body lift! If I were you I would not stack too many more hockey pucks. There is only one suspension lift on the market for our trucks, and it cost like $1800. What they do is make drop brackets for the lower control arms and spacers for the knuckles/upper ball joints... but you have to drop the torsion bar mounting bracket, so you don't actually get much more ground clearance, but you do get clearance for much bigger tires.
