BFH and prybar.

The ones in the rear of the cab or on the door panels?

why are you removing them? re-cover them or eliminate them all together?

Thats what I was thinking you meant... the rear. My guess is they are held in by push clips through holes in the plastic wall but couldnt know for sure until I tried taking one out. As you cant get behind the panel (easily like removing a door panel) I would say they just "pop" on and off, but the chance of saving the clips is slim, but shouldnt matter if you are tossing them anyway.

I would do some double checking before I put the amp there unless it is really small (in size). that is probably not the strongest of plastic and was not designed to hold weight. I would hate to see it crack or warp (amps can get hot) on a rough road and then leave you having to replace the panels.
If you determine its strong enough, it would be a cool place though.

You have to remove the panel. The seat back has push clips just use a screwdriver to pry it off. Then remove the door sil. And the upper door molding. You will need a large torque set to remove the seat belt holders. You will need to remove 1 or 2 screws at the top. Pull off the panel and remove a few Aleen head screws.

Crazy has it almost right. I've taken those off so many times for different projects. First, remove the upper seat back. Like Crazy said, its just push clips, or "christmas tree clips." You don't need a screwdriver to pry it though, just get a hand on it an pull it off. Next, there are 4 philips head screws holding the lower seat back on. Unscrew those and pull that off (there are also some button straps holding it to the seatbelt straps). There is a screw holding each interior trim panel behind the lower seat back you just took off. There is also a screw holding it in the middle under the "arm rest." After that, follow Crazy's instructions (2 phillips head screws at the top).
