I would say the green out of both. I don't like the bright colors, I would suggest the darker shade of orange like on the upper tailgate would be better to me.

It will be street legal. Plexiglass is more shatterproof than real glass. I'm still not 100% sure if I want to set up the suspension for drag racing or not though, cause that will make it handle like a brick. Lowering it should help with drag.

I've actually already got the rear axle for it. I found a chrysler 9.25" on craigslist for $80. It was a 3.90 ratio with the factory trac-lok. The clutches had blown apart and the pieces got in the bearings and ripped them up. The guy actually had a bearing kit for it and let it all go for $100. It actually turned out to be a great deal. The gears got cracked when it locked up, so now its rockin 4:10s with brand new clutch packs in the differntial and all new bearings, and I still haven't broken $400. The only think left to do with it is design mounts for disc brakes.

Well, the sig pic pretty much sums it up. I've been workin on clearing out the garage so I can wheel the frame in there to work on. Once I get it in the garage I'm going to strip it down to the bare frame rails and paint it black, and put the front suspension and new rear axle on it with all new bushings and stuff. Then, I'm going to roll it back under the cab, and set the cab back on it, and wheel the cab into the garage and lift the cab back up to start body/paint work on it. I finally decided on a color.... sunburst orange...
