PCM swap from automatic to standard?

my 93 ran fine after i swapped a m/t in it and used the auto computer and actually put the right flywheel in also. did you switch the crank sensor to the manual one? just a thought.

as far as the neutral saftey switch, its the brown wire with yellow stripe running down the the trans. i had a hydralic clutch out of a ram on mine so the pedal didnt have the throw and the switch kept breaking.

are you talking to me? Yes I did put the manual tranny crank sensor in and soldered and shrink wrapped the mirror-image-to-the A/T crank sensor plug into my harness so the M/T sensor would plug right in.

i was offering my $.02 to the o.p. i did the same exact thing to my crank sensor till the used sensor went bad then i bought a new m/t and modified the connector to plug into the connector on the auto wiring harness
