The is an off-the-wall answer, but if this was a problem before you replaced all the ignition components, and now it still is after they are new, you could be getting no reading by the crankshaft position sensor at cyl 1.
But I would suggest you download the '95 FSM, the link is in FAQ2 (its a rapidshare link). That manual would have troubleshooting guidelines, cause it's very hard for one of us to determine an electrical problem without the truck in front of us.

I bet 10 bucks its the crank sensor.
if check engine light is on there is a trick to get a code from the computer.
with out starting it. Turn key to accessory then back then to acc then back then acc and leave it there and see if you get a code. It will be a 2 digit number.
It should go, flash flash flash(how many times the first number is) then it will pause then the next number will flash.
first code might be start of test - 88
no code or end of code - 55
crank sensor - 24
example once key has been turned to get code you might see code 88 and or 55 meaning no code
if you get 88,24,55 or 24,55 means crank sensor then end of codes.
if it like my truck i dont get code 88 at all
