Default 35" tires

Just wondering.. should I do this or not, I got a 1995 dakota 2" body lift, 2" lift blocks, reindexed key for front. I had 33" I want to go 35", I know I will need to cut fenders... would I need to cut way to much, do you think I should do this?.. will the tires maybe look to big for the truck with that low of lift?

35's would be nice. I have enough room for 35's. But up front on articulation angles it may rub. Also it would be good for performance and gas mileage to change your differential gears. You may want to raise your rear a bit. I was always worried about the strength of the front axle with that big of tires, but Blue12 has 38's on stock axles with no problems.

ya, I think im going to go ahead with it, Im going with the MT Baja Claw.. Ya, I know up front is going to be pretty close, so thats why I need to cut more off fenders.. but going to make it clean. What do you mean raise the rear.. the rear is already higher then the front, because has body lift, and lift blocks.. so rear is fine. Im not worrying about the axles cause Im not going hardcore on this,, wont see off road often.

If you do post up plenty of pics. If you could do some articulation shots so I will know if it rubs.

is that 2k canadian or american? Thats a ton of money. Ive never paid more than 500 for a set of tires. Im a cheap a$$ and only buy used, but I just cant justify spending that kinda money on tires. Especially not when you can haunt craigslist or the canadian equivalent and buy them with 75% or better tread for cheap.
