Default brake problems

hey guys, Im having an intermittent problem with the front left brake sticking on. i have to cut the wheel a lot to the right to get the truck to go straight when its acting up. it cant be rear brakes as one side is blocked off(damaged) and the other side has a leaking axle seal to its well greased and doing very little. i replaced it once and still leaking. (planning on getting a bigger rear axle with big brakes anyway). not to mention the spiders are welded so they can only turn at the same speed...

my abs light and brake light came on. i had replaced the right caliper when i put new lines on last winter. today i put a new caliper and pads on the left side, but the roads are so snowy tonight i cant tell if its fixed or just not acting up right now. my abs and brake lights are still on. i only have rear abs....

I would rather not have abs anyway, any reason to not bypass all that crap to rule it out?

thx

I would say the master cylinder or the caliper. With those massive tires you can wear those brake parts out quick. So how is the truck beside the brakes? When you get bigger axles are you going to keep the body lift?

other than this brake problem im happy with the truck. it runs awesome, starts very very fast. its over geared with the stock 3.55, but ill be going with 4.10 or 4.56 with the big axles. ill be keeping the body lift yeah, too much work to take it out. after christmas ill be looking for some D60s

didnt take a camera on any of my fishing trips this summer or any time i went to my dads camp .

the caliper wasnt the problem. i can make the truck act up on command as soon as i put it in 4 wheel drive. it seems to stick in 4x4 untill i stop and back up. (i know of other trucks have been like this too). driving allong straight, pull it into 4 hi, and my hand at 10 o clock on the wheel has to turn it to 2. pushing it back to 2 hi has no effect. stop, back up, drive straight, truck is normal.

so i rotated my tires, and noticed air pressure was down, ranging from 5- 15 psi. truck drives straight in 2 and 4 wheel drive now

brake lights are still on, but other than that the truck works normally and drives straight now. im going to disconnect the battery and see if the lights stay off or come back on
