Default Trouble code 37

Technically, this is on my jeep, but according to my research the codes are, or are nearly the same.

Anyway, Ive got a check engine light, and ran my codes. Just like the dakota, I get a 12(normal) then a 37(Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit) then 55(end).

Anyone know what that means?

can you feel the converter lock up at cruising speed. if its not then the converter is constantly slipping and the solenoid isnt working

The torque converter solenoid is just above the oil pan. Easy to replace once the pan is off. I hate taking off the oil pan. It's a damn mess. I finally installed a drain plug on it. But double check the wires first.
