Default 99 3.9 Heads

Will heads from a 1999 3.9 Liter Dakota swap onto a 95?
Thanks!

Heads from a 1999 V6 Dakota 3.9. Heads have been ported and polished and have had valves replaced with Mopar Swirl Polish undercut valves. Springs are upgraded and heads have been shaved .010. Also have Crane 1.6 Roller Rockers in like new condition. $500 for both heads and roller rockers (Rockers sell new for $400 alone).

Heads have about 20K miles on them since work has been done, but are in perfect condition. Was going to use on built 3.9 but found a built 5.2 instead. Heads will really wake up your stock 3.9 or will work great for boost. Call or email – 602-803-8415

Thanks Crazy! One last question. I went to Hughes Engine's web site to purchase a plenum reinforcement (figured I'd do that while I was swapping the heads) and I noticed the intake manifold gasket set is different for 97 and up than it is for 96 and older. I won't have to get a 97 or newer intake manifold with these heads?

You shouldn't have to! I have a 1998 360 intake manifold on my 1995 318 and haven't had a problem.

Thanks 95 318 SLT! Will I be able to run the same cam and ECM with these heads? I am thinking about up-grading to the Mopar Hi-PO ECM in the future.

Yes, you can run the same cam and ecm. If you want a MP PCM for your v6, you better start looking now!! Sorry to rain on your parade but they are next to impossible to come by for the v6.
