Buying a Dakota; Advice?

It looks like I'm mostly replying to myself on this forum but I thought I would show you guys a picture of my 100$ Dakota.
Its a little rusty but mostly on the bed.
I'm hoping to lift it and have it sitting on some 31"s or 33"s and hopefully a little bigger, and maybe eventually better than my old Explorer I lifted two years ago.

Lol, well it could have something to do with saying:
Probably no one here had anything constructive to say about that.
But anyway, looks like a good deal you got there! You really won't be able to fit much bigger than 33s on it without doing some serious fabricating, like a SAS or control arm drop kit.

I wasn't meaning anything by saying I should have stuck with toyotas other than that I have very little knowledge about dakotas and its going to be mostly new from my past.
I assume I'll learn though.
I measured the wheel openings earlier and I believe that with a 3" body lift, TT, 1" rear blocks and Add a leaf 35s would barely clear plus when I remove the rust I'm planning on just cutting away the front and rear fender wells where it flares. I know the IFS wont take much abuse but a SAS has crossed my mind for sure. It just depends, my original plan was to get this to be my work truck/beater but as history has shown I am just not able to own anything that is not modified.
I assume I'll learn though.

Actually, the IFS can handle more than you think! Just look at Blue_12's truck and the 38s he's got stuffed under it! With the 3 inch body lift you might be able to get 35s under there. If 33s will clear with the 2 inch lift, that extra inch will give you the extra inch for 35s! But do you already have the 3 inch body lift? Cause the company that made them before ended production of them and now all that is readily available is the 2 inch lift.

I was just going to make my own kit. A body lift mostly just consists of the blocks, bumper brackets, and the bolts to hold it together and you can buy enough 3" blocks off ebay to lift it for around 30$
I'll need to buy longer bolts and I'm not sure about the dodge but on my Explorer I had to extend the steering shaft. It will all be easy and lots cheaper than buying the bolts and blocks together in a kit
I saw his truck on the 38"s but wow I just cant imagine my lil V6 on IFS dragging those huge tires along no matter how its geared. I guess I will just have to watch and see how his holds up to plan where mine is going
