My water guage looks exactly the same since I did a new pump and flush. And my volt guage is just like that too, except my battery is bad. Guess I should get a new one huh?

I heard that about the heat. I have a problem with the heater door that needs to be addressed. The pin in the door broke and wont turn when the actuator pushes to adjust the temp. Its always on hot. So I had to put a valve under the hood to turn it off. OOFA!

Fix: new thermostat? Hotter thermostat? My gauge reads maybe a hair or two warmer than that, with a 180 stat. I would recommend a stock-temp stat (190/192/195 or whatever it is).

Since your getting poor heat, and a low-temp gauge condition, it doesn't lead me to believe you have a clogged heater core (which would usually show poor heat, normal temp gauge condition)
Do you have sufficient coolant in the radiator (check with engine COLD, top off radiator) and in the overflow container?

I was going to say, since you replaced the radiator, did you also replace the radiator cap... under the impression that with the new radiator, the cap might not be making a good seal, but that would usually lead to an overheat condition. Hmmm...

Your voltmeter looks normal to me.

Yes it looks like you got a low thermostat. You may also have a clogged heater core. I have a 180 and that is where the gauge sits. But I got plenty of heat. Yes the voltmeter looks correct.

Volt meter looks fine. Oil pressure is low. And like said above, water temp sits at 180, so you probably have a 180 deg thermostat.

If you want more heat, put a higher temp thermostat in it like a 195.

If you have FI and a 318 you should be running a 195 stat
