Wheel bearing could be bad pretty common or tie rod ends.

Not sure if you have 2wd or 4wd. But if you have 2wd and the whole truck is shaking. Check the drive shaft bearing and rubber thats mounted to the underframe.

one of your tires may have a cord seperating. i had one do this on my dakota and it would make the truck wobble when i take off.

also had one on a 98 ram that would shake that living crap out of the truck

the one on my dakota didnt show any signs but the one on the ram had a bubble on the side where the tread met the sidewall.

do you feel the wobble in the front or rear. if the front you will feel it in the steering. the rear will feel like someone is pushing side to side on the bed as you take off

i think it is more in the front, cause theres a jerk in the steering wheel, could this be because my wheels arnt aligned

a bad tire on the front would have a similar feeling as a warped brake rotor feel in the steering

a jerk would be more in the steerong from the roads. i would have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth with the engine off and look at the front end, tie rods and such.
