Default wants to die

so my truck is having this problem were when im in very slow stop and go traffic or inching up to a stop sign or something every time i come to stop the engine bogs down to about 200-400rpm and acts like its gonna die then the transmission will disengage and it will go to normal rpm and then the tranny will kick back in and it will be fine, untill i move another foot and stop again, sometime the tranny doesn't disengage. i replaced the IAC, TPS, and MAP sensors, anyone know what the problem could be? i was thinking fuel pump, but why would the transmission disengage?

My guess is if your transmission is failing, check your fluid.
