Default Driver Mirror Issue!!!

I have the power Dumbo mirrors. I know they manually pivot front/back and also up/down, in addition to having the power glass. The problem I'm having is that the driver's side glass vibrates so much that traffic behind is blurry. The passenger side mirror is tight and does not vibrate. Is there any specific place I should be looking and how do I get it to stop? It's very annoying.

It happens at any speed and is obviously worse on rough roads...

I did that and it helped, but it looks to me like the housing is staying still and the glass inside is moving.(Keep in mind these are power mirrors.)

As far as I know, there isn't a way to get "behind" the mirror. You can replace the glass, but nothing besides that (as least thats what the service manual says)

ugh I was afraid of that...I'm thinking either the motor is loose or the pins that go into the motor have some wear on them.
