Ford explorer sport trac wheels on dakota
No, it proves nothing more than that I type too fast sometimes....should have been 4wd club cab.....
Here's proof that 235/75/15 are listed somewhere in this universe as a factory option.

2wd dakotas do not have "tortion" bars....4wd has torsion bars, tho. TireRack is not a Dodge factory source of info.
and you guys can think what you want, but I have the original brochures and service manuals. AND I also had a 95 dakota 2wd and tried the 235 tires on factory rims, they rubbed.
235 width tires were never a factory option on 2wd gen1 dakotas. You find a factory brochure that says so, and I will retract.
Put up or shut up, girls...

Well why ask if you know the answer to your question? I believed you about the tires in the first place but the point is are you going to put them on or give up because ford wheels and 235's weren't a factory option? Just get some coil spacers off ebay I don't know if that will raise the front end much at all considering the rear is higher it might just level out the stance and if it does raise the front end that's ok just rock the ford wheels with a baby cali lift.
