Question 1995 dakota sport wat to do

so today i dropped the rear of my dakota 5inchs and the front is higher than the back im thinking about cutting the springs wat do yall think thanks for the help

Sure you could cut the springs. But that usually will drop to much. Use a torch to heat up the spring. That is the easiest way to drop it.

That sounds like it would be inconsistent, how could you get both sides the same?

I guess it's too late to tell you not to cut the springs. You should be able to get some lowering springs for the front and rear.

Cutting is iffy, you have to know what you are doing....how much does a set of lowering springs cost? Sometimes the extra money is worth it as you get to avoid a lot of aggravation.

I would NOT get lowering springs. I would get drop spindles. They will drop the front 2 inches without changing your spring rate, ride quality, or factory suspension geometry.
