Im heading to the FSM on my pc here to see what you are talking about lol.... is there no steering column cover in the way covering this switch ?

The P/N switch isn't hard at all. You need a 1 inch socket and 2 quarts of ATF to put back in the trans.

2 Quarts?!?!?!?!!! The switch shouldn't be out long enough for 2 quarts to leak out! As soon as the old switch is out, start threading in the new one! You shouldn't lose more than an 1/8 of a quart.
