Default Parts interchanging

What years are interchangeable? I have a 1990 Dakota that got damaged by a tree this weekend during a storm. Mainly looking for windshield and mirrors right now.

Both will be 87-96. Most body parts will be those years. The only parts that are 87-90 is hood, grill, headlights, radiator core support.

^ 87-90 for the hood, grill, headlights, etc. '91 was the start of the new body style.

the fenders shouldn't because of the v8 situation they had going on. there wasn't enough room for them in the earlier years which is why they changed the style in the first place

Nope, the fenders are the same. Look close at the two body styles... the '87-'90 had a flat front, the '91-'96 came further forward toward the middle (where the room needed to be made for the engine).

That is what I thought a long time ago too. But if you look up new fenders and what years they fit, then they are all the same.
