Actually it was 95_318SLT that told me to use the BFH. Worked great. Just make sure when you put the new u-joint in that you get all the needle bearings to seat properly before you tap everything back together.
Most driveshaft/driveline shops will press 'em out and put new ones in for like $10 each, if you buy the U-joints through their shop. I like BFH's, but would rather fish than do some stuff myself.

haha figured that out lol. and my dad took a big chunck of cement out with the "BFH" lol. Works good now, I just need to replace the bearing in the rear of the tranny.....any one know what thats called?
