I'll venture a guess,going on the pics.You misjudged the clearance between the rad and the fan?

Just a guess.No insult intended.

No insult taken man!! Actually i laffed my **** off when it happened!!lolol the radiator that got "wasted" had 2 leaks anyway but i was just hopin that it would work for a lil bit.... 2 inches is not enough clearance tween the fan and the radiator at 4000 rpm!!! Lololol..... I bought a new radiator and im gettin an electric fan to solve this problem!! Thank you very much dakdaddy!! This truck is bein built in memory of my father that passed this past june, he was a dodge fan and i know he would be gettin such a kick outta this one! I will post full story of this whole build after its done and im drivin it!! Thanks to all!

That'll do it.At least it was only a temp rad and not a brand new one.That would have been a painful oops!

Ouch lol but whats up with your back window? I've only seen 1 piece ones and sliding ones but yours looks like it has 2 separate pieces that slide apart and not just the 1 that slides to the side like mine.

mine has the 2 piece sliding one also. i think it was an option on these trucks...not entirely sure though.

I've got the '93 5.2L LE, two pane sliding window as well.
