front springs
Would 2wd ram 1500 front coil springs work on the front of a 2wd dakota dakota i want the front to sit higher but i dont want to do coil spacers. i was jut a thought. i have a 92 dakota 318 2wd with trailer package on it. with ad a leaf on it. like i said it was just a thought and want to know if it would work, or if anone has tried and had any probloms. thanks in advance.
I doubt it would. Do some research. Find out by Internet or get a measuring tape and fine someone. Find out how tall, wide, ect.
Why don't you want to use spacers? They are completely safe even on some stock vehicles came stock with them. Easy to install. Way cheep too!

i have the little aluminum blocks you twist in, those are probably the worst you could do to your coils and so far i havent noticed any difference. they dont do much though, just kept my tires from rubbing the top of the fender. itd be cool if you could fit ram coils in or if, for 2wd you could fabricate the whole control arm to fit
I have heard so many horror stories about those coming off while your driving and make it slanted to one side. One friend said it hit another car as he was on the freeway.
so are the poly ones any good then. they look better than the ones you wedge in between the coil.
