died down the road :S

Default died down the road :S

92 dak. 5.2L died while driving down the road but i still got all my sparks and electricity, not the altenator. Fuel pump??? any one know of any common problems like this?

not the pump just checked :S looking at filter now

Did you check for spark at the spark plug wires?
A common problem for no spark or no fuel pump is the notorious splices. Check the FAQ for location, it is a few posts above this one.

yeah i checked the wires their fine. it tries to turn over, im just having a hard time locating the fuel filter :S

Isnt the pump and filter all part of the assembly inside the tank?

93-down the filter is external, it is located on the driver side frame rail just forward of the gas tank. Follow the lines.

94-up has the filter internal with the pump.

Ah yes, having a 95 I'm used to what I got haha. I knew there was a time where they were outside, just not sure when.
