Default 94 Dakota EGR system help

I have a 94 Dakota 3.9L. I recently got a check engine light with a code 32 (EGR system). I installed a new EGR valve but still get the code 32.

The check engine light is not always on. It is usually out when I first start the truck and then comes in a few miles down the road. Sometimes it doesn't come in unless I accelerate fairly hard.

I have checked for loose/broken/ cracked vacuum lines and haven't found any. Any suggestions?

Since you tried replacing the EGR valve and checking vacuum lines, next would be bad wiring or a clogged lines.

Clogged lines I can check for. How would I go about checking the wiring? Just basic voltage/resistance checks at the connector is what i would assume, but what numbers would I be looking for?
