3 for sure , when i first bought my truck i brought it to a penzoil and they ran a cleaner in it and ran it for 15 mins than ran clean oil threw it till it came out clear, maybe you can find a place that will do the same ? but my engine didnt have sludge like that. you may have to run a couple treatments .

i would research and see whats best and not make it worse !

I'm a huge fan of Lucas, but I think you should run the sea foam for awhile. If I had that much sludge, I'd buy a whole case of oil and a few bottles of the sea foam, and do an oil change ASAP. Then change your oil every 100 or 200 miles until it's running clear. That's just what I'd do in your situation. When you get rid of the sludge I'd start running Lucas oil additive with every oil change. Hope you get it figured.....
