So what seems to be the consensus here? Are indexed torsion keys useless by them selves? How come this hasnt come out before? There has to be other trucks here using them, no?

I know it is a little off topic but today I was at the U-Pull it looking for a driveshaft after I dented mine good this weekend, I'll post up pics and videos later.

At the Junkyard I couldn't believe my eyes, I found a 92 dakota with the Trailmaster $3,000 lift kit that is no longer made. It was complete. I feel so sick for leaving it there, but I have more lift and a stronger axle now. But I wanted that kit for so long and every time I go there I check for that kit, and now I found one and I don't need it.

Heck if anyone wants it come pull it In Albuquerque New Mexico. Maybe a few hundred?

You should most definitely pull it off
There are tons of guys on here that will pay you for it and you can make your own price for labor etc
Just please do not let it get crushed. They are already hard enough to find
I would pay a grand for the whole set up. If you could get it for $300 that is some good profit

LOL! First person to put $1,000 into my PayPal account will get it. I'll remove it 8am when they open with 30 degree temps, when the money is in that is.

I know what you mean! I took my dakota hunting last weekend and went down a trail that I have been down numerous times with my uncles full size pickup. I could not believe how many rocks I hit with my pickup! I didnt realize it was that much lower than a 1/2 ton!

Went the next day and upgraded the 235/75's for 31x10.5's and the plan was add a leaf in the rear and indexed keys in the front. Only want about 2" of lift, which should be about 3.5" total added ground clearance to the frame members that I was hitting with the new 31" tires.

But if its going to tear apart the front end..... WTF
