Alright guys.....I by-passed the clutch saftey switch and the problem still exists.

Now I've been a Chevy guy since I had my drivers license....so bare with me...does Dodge have their starter selanoid under the hood seprate from the starter or is it like chevy and have the starter selanoid attached to the starter?

All modern starters have the solenoid attached to the starter.
