Well here is the good thing, I just got off the phone with his insurance company and they said vehicles over 10 years old don't get salvage titles! I'm safe according to them regarding the resale value of my "antique vehicle"

I was crashed into a few weeks ago, truck has been repaired and I have her back, I called AllState, the dude who caused the wreck's insur. company, to file a diminished value claim, they don't do diminished value on vehicles with more then 100,000 miles. I have 147+

The insurance company WILL NOT tell you about it, they have a way to calculate how much value a vehicle loses after it's been wrecked, cuz after all, the wreck could impact how much you'd get in a trade or sale of the vehicle.
Call your claims adjuster and ask.
I'm sure each insurance company has their own policies on diminished value.
