Old Guy Backed Into Me
Hmm I might look into it. Sounds like a good drink.
Might I suggest for you since you are a Shelbyfan, drive a Dodge Dakota and a Honda Civic. Get help for your DID Dissocial personality disorder.
Experts say people with DID often report that they have experienced severe physical and sexual child abuse. Meds don't always help but talking about it sometimes will. I assume it was a traumatic child sexual abuse in your case because I can't figure out by your Avatar. If your are a boy or girl, or trying to stated you want to be either one or the both?
Oh and reading you post again I want to thank you for the drink suggestion but why do I care about your two deer accident?

I took a 10-12" long piece of 2x4 and laid under the truck, placed the edge of the 2x4 against the inside of the body line the long way and gave it one good smack with a soft rubber mallet and BAM son of a b***h popped right out! It looks 90% better but there are still a few areas that aren't completely smooth so Bondo will be required. But not bad! I will take a picture this week...

I took autobody for a while. All of that should be easily fixable!!
I would never change the box just for that.
Stick your hand behind it from under neath and you should be able to smack out that dent that the flash is on. The body line would be a bit harder but if you use some bondo after most of the dents are back, then you can use masking tape to keep the line. The door would be super easy too
That sucks man. They just passed here that any car 15 years or older is automatically irreparable.

So the your lawmakers have their heads in the sand also. I never cease to be amaized at the laws that get passed everywhere by those pompous well paid lawmakers that think they know best for the common people. They dont realize that a new car payment can take food off the table. Realize a couple hundred bucks for repairs could keep us working and no transportation could cost us a job. Makes me sick!
I wish someone would back into mine and have it totalled!!! Then I could get a replacement Dakota!!!!!!! Mine is a 1993, and book says it is worth over $3K per the Wa State DOL...if I could get that out of it, you bet I would replace it....
Yep what the book says but take it for trade and watch them pick it apart! My 2004 was getting quoted at a value of $5500 in 2009, because C.fax showed it had been in two accidents. Truck was beautiful with low mileage. Car dealers are the only second from the lowest form of life that walk the earth in my book.

I agree totally in all you say. Dealers use NADA for the value to sell you a vehicle, but use www.edmunds.com when they are buying or acceptinga trade from you. Check it out and you will see that www.edmunds.com give a more realistic value of a vehicle...in fact, I had to use that site to get our DMV to actually believe that I only paid $800 for my truck. They wanted to tax it at some rediculous $3000+ value!!!
I know this is an old thread but- I started at $170/mo from Commerce Insurance after a year they dropped it to $150 (woohoo) it's been 6 months and I called AllState for a quote HOLY CHIT they only want $36/mo for the same coverage! I could get full comprehensive and collision for $104 that's still $50 less than what I pay now for bare minimum! This is an average annual savings of over $1,200+
