Default following the codes

hey guys happy thanksgiving first off. well ive been trying to figure out what is causng my 95 dakota 3.9 2wd to miss for a while now. so i decided to start seeing what the codes say. the check engine does come on every so often but when you shut it off it stays off. so i just did the turn key 3X's and counted the flashes. got a 27-injector control circuit failure and a 32-egr solenoid circuit short or open circuit detected. now i did take off the egr valve and clean it and put it back on with a new gasket. still coming up although does seem to run a little better. should i replace the egr valve and the solenoid? and what is the injector control circuit? thanks for all the help so far.

The 27 can be anything, the injector the wires the PCM. Most likely it is a bad splice or the injector. Try to isolate which injector it is, if you get the codes read by a code reader it should show which injector it is. Or unplug one injector at a time to see which one doesn't change the way the engine runs when it is missing up.

Yes try replacing the EGR valve. Check the wiring first.
