Default Oil pressure lose

1995 dodge dakota 4x4 3.9 5 speed while driving oil pressure is good but once I go into a idle or not pressing the gas pedal oil pressure drops and light turns on? If I give it gas pressure goes back up? Not sure what I could look at first help.

The oil sending unit is a common failer. Just replace it.

Thanks Crazy is it underneath the distributor cap or do I need to take the distributor cap off? From what I researched seems like its to the right of cap but I can't see it? What does it look like? Thanks

It is just on the passenger side of the distributor. Go to www.autozone.com look it up and you can see what it looks like.
