Dixie Dakota!?
just got my dixie horn in today from amazon.com 50 bux free 2 day shipping but it came with no wires so if you buy one online order the horn insalation kit with it too make your life a little easier

havebt intalled it yet i cant find a good spot to put it under the hood any suggestions?
i wanna keep it under the hood with the air hoses short as possable and mounted correctly away from heat the engine bay is more packed than i though i wanna try again tonight but im running out of ideas im about to mount it on the frame rail by the bed i really dont wanna do that hough due to puddles and such

nope i wanted it under the hood that way its sure to be dry and we got it all wired up just need to go to the store and get a few connectors to make it right but its in and should be good. over all im happy with it it does the job and you can tell what it is but as far as genuine its the closest i have found. the tune is a little fast. but that could also be because the wiring kit calls for 18 gauge wire i went to 16 gauge (somthing i red up on the dodge charger forums) your not gunna fine one exact due to copyrights. some times it squeaks a note instead of playing it but i think that has to do with the no wire connectors honestly. and the compressor is really loud. and for a system that says maintenance free you gotta oil it with wd40 or air tool oil every 3 months those are my only complaints about it but like i said it was the best one i found and it was only 50 bux or so.

you can change it by having the air hose longer but its ok id rather it loud and a little out of tune than in tune and not be able to here it
