Default Battery Charging Problem

Hello, i have a 1993 dodge dakota 5.2 L pick up truck. The eletrical system is continuously discharging the battery. I have replaced the alternator with a 120 amp rebuilt. I have replaced the battery and I have replaced the ECM(computer), and I am still experiencing the voltage drop in my battery. Does this engine have an external regulator, which controls the voltage? Or is it part of the ECM, making my new ECM defective?

The ECM contains the regulator.

How long does it take to discharge the battery? Overnight? 1 minute?

A drain on the battery means something is not turning off. The radio or some small light like the glove box light.
