I had a body lift only on my bed for about a month before I got around to doing the cab. It looks funny and people will give the truck strange looks as they walk by, but technically you could just lift the bed. Cranking the torsion bars with stock keys will not make the front taller than the back unless the springs are sagging. If you like the look of the rear taller than the front, you can get blocks for between the axle and leaf spring, but don't use hockey pucks for that.

Wait a minute lol...why are you driving 2WD trucks in MI? Especially if you're gonna be mudding with one?
