Tire sizes. 30s or 31s
I wanna get some bigger tires on my truck eventually. But I'm torn between either 30s or 31s.
I know that if I want 31s I'll have to lift the front end but I'm not to concerned about that.
Could those of you with these sized tires on your trucks post some pictures so I can get an idea on how they effect the stance of the truck? I mostly just want those wheel wells filled a bit more. Those 235's I have now are doing a poor job of it. For reference heres a pic of my truck.

Oh damn that was fast!
Did you throw the leveling kit in there or did you just crank your Tbars Hahns?
@Crazy
I like how they look but my only issue is I'd prefer 9 1/2 tires over 10 1/2. So thats why I'm debating between the two

My suspension is totally stock. Overall I prefer the 30s, mainly gearing wise, but also with the aftermarket wheels (more offset) the 31s would rub a bit up front, but not on the stock wheels like you have.
Wow I totally didn't realize you had posted pictures of both sizes Hahns. But yea they do both look really good. And as for your comment about gearing I don't know enough about it to say which one would benefit my truck more since its got 3.91's according to the build sheet I got my hands on.
My new 31"s, stock height, stock suspension and everything. No rubbing.

I have since cranked the torsion bars a little bit to level it out some. The trick to that is NOT to do it too much, you don't want the axles to be much past a straight line, or you will wear out cv's.

I wanna revive this thread. I'm looking into getting some bigger tires as well. I'm getting my torsion key leveling kit on 7/20 and my 30s are looking way to small. I'm stuck between 31x10.5 or 32x11.5 on soft 8s I'm getting next month. Two main things I wanna ask. Will 32s cause me to lose to much power or mpg? I wanna be able to still put my foot down and go. I have 3.9 V6 with a K&N intake but with my 30s I can still take off. The second thing is will i need to re gear for 32s? I'm new to the forum and really appreciate it.
