Default 94 Dakota Tensioner Pulley Issue

I recently bought a 94 Dakota Extended cab, 3.9 v6 from the original owner to give to my little bro when he turns 16. I was doing the full tune up and the bearings are bad on the tensioner pulley, The factory pulley is a little over 90mm everything I can find online is 76mm Auto zone and oreillys only carry the 76mm, If I use the belt for the truck (new one) it doesnt get tight with the smaller pulley, So...Should I buy another belt (shorter) and run the smaller pulley or does anyone know where I can find the right pulley for the truck. Its got power steering, Ac and how do i find out if the AC is factory or dealer installed? That was a question that kept coming up at auto part stores. Thanks! Heres some pics, Super super clean, Power windows mirrors Ice cold AC everything works the way it should. I took the camper shell off as soon as I got the truck home.
Putting new battery so didnt have to push off trailer

Sprayed the bed rails with bed liner to cover the scratches from the dealer installed shell that had been on there since the truck was new.

I replaced all the pulleys on my 95 and just bought what autozone had and it all worked out. The pulleys were all the same size so im wondering if it has been replaced before without the proper pulley. I would suggest use the pulley everybody has and use a shorter belt that way if you get stranded somewhere because of either the pulley or belt then you can just get the part pretty much anywhere. Thats a good looking truck and your brother will really enjoy it.

Thanks I only paid 100 for it . All service records , all receipts for anything that has been fixed or replaced. Ive know the guy for a couple years now he bought a new truck last year and this has just been sitting in the garage wife told him it had to go. Has brand new tires only one tiny dent in the door. All original parts have been used to keep it in shape. I got it home Sat did the battery and oil change and put a 100 miles on it cruising around to make sure it was gonna run good before I started doing the tune up. Theres no rust , and not a single thing doesnt work I was surprised when I cranked the ac and it blew ice cold.

For the correct pulley I would try Napa or your local Dodge dealer. Also there are 2 versions of the belts listed for our motors one is slightly shorter than the other you can get the specs from the autoparts store.

The AC looks factory from the picture. If you want to know for sure you can request a build sheet from Dodge that showed everything that came stock on the truck. The link is in the FAQ in this section.

Finally got the pully and belt done! no more bad bearing After the tune up runs like a champ. I thought it had an exhaust leak but one of the manifold bolts had just came loose tightened it up and no more leak wasnt looking forward to changing the exhaust manifold gaskets. And gotta be one of the easiest spark plug changes Ive done to date.
