I picked up a sway bar and installed it today after searching craigslist. It came out of a 95 rc/sb just like mine. The steering response is much more direct and is very confident through corners. Its a night and day improvement over stock no sway. I figure get some new moog bushings and end links, decent tires/ alignment, and wait till theres no salt on the road and it will corner on rails.
