Actually according to the 95 Dodge Dakota Factory Service Manual 40 just right.

1995 Dodge Dakota Manual (35-45 psi) at idle.

The best way to start is to find the miss. Start by unplugging each injector (while the engine is running and it is missing) 1 at a time and listen and feel for a change in the engine. The 1 injector that doesn't change the engine is most likely your problem cylinder. Check the injector swap it around, check the power check the spark plug swap that around check the spark plug wire. ECT.

Really? From what I remember that was pressure for 92/93 with 2 line (feed/return) fuel system and the 94+ with single line returnless was like 49-50

92-93 had even less. Your thinking of 96-up no-return is 49.2 ± 5 psi

1993 Dodge Dakota Manual 31psi, 39 with no vacuum.
1995 Dodge Dakota Manual (35-45 psi) at idle.
1996 Dodge Dakota Manual (49.2 psi ± 5 psi) at idle.

I put together list of fuel pressures of years Dakota and Ram per service manual. Also added in a list of fuel injector specs. Its in the FAQ if anyone ever needs it.

Did YOU do what I suggested so YOU can find the miss? ONLY YOU CAN FIND IT. We all gave you tools to figure it out. YOU have to figure it out.

Like I said YOU will have to find the miss then YOU can fix it.
