Haha i used your truck as a good idea builder. But i didnt do the swap myself. I had a buddy do it so not much tech on that. The axles are out of a jeep waggy and have 5.13 gears. Front has a locker with inner and outer chomoly shafts and manual lockouts. Rear has a spool. Still running brake lines, getting correct size shocks for front, redoing engine crossmember and some other stuff. Also has a custom rear bumper. Running a np241dld with a sye as well.

I've been looking for a good NV241 when I swap in the NV4500 manual transmission. I'm having a very hard time finding the V8/manual version, tons of diesel versions.
What truck did yours come from?
Was it a direct swap from the NV231 besides the driveshafts I'm sure?
What front locker?
I've been thinking of getting a Lock-Right for the front since I installed manual hubs to free it all up on street driving.

Like I said post up as many pictures as you can.
