I've replaced the fuel filter when I crank it and it runs for a second I open the throttle body it sputters and dies right after plus the last time I tried starting it it backfired and one of the vacuum lines popped off the nipple.
and to the other question it does after the valves open with a hiss

 

Have you check fuel pressure?
