Default clutch pedal

Just curious, I have a 93 Dak with a 3.9l 5 speed. Is there a way to adjust the clutch pedal, mine seems to grab pretty high up, I was told when I bought it a year ago that the clutch was fairly new. Thanks.

nope taht is one disadvantage of a hydraulic clutch setup...
I have a Wrangler and a Dakota both with 5 speeds both call for the same parts as each other; (parts catalog shows everythiung identical between them) the difference being that I put a Centerforce pressure plate in the Wrangler and a "Perfection" brand in the Dakota and there is a different feel to the clutches between them...
PS I wont be using a "Perfection" clutch no more; another long standing (used to be) respected brand, that is now made in freaking China; My Dakota was made in Michigan which last I checked is still part of the USA I cannot stand the influx of "global" and in particular "chinamade" garbage... it pisses me off to no end.

Hey don't diss on the China made stuff, those 5 year old kids bust their butts off for only 5 grains of rice a day to make those clutches. LOL JK

yeah but my pet peeve is re do's, of which I have already had on this truck, only 6300 miles after the 1st one pressure plate had an issue (disc looked like fresh outta the box though) so this is already teh 2nd "Perfection" clutch in it since I have had it; i'm at about 5K miles on clutch #2 and I'm gettin leery I usually get 100K+ out of a clutch set... been driving stick over 25 years now

I agree, and yes my friend has used Centerforce in the past. If I need a new one that is how it will get done. I am at the point where even a set of tires is possibly a bit much to drop into my truck, with 224k on it, it has definitely earned it's keep however my goal is for my son to take or my Grand Am GT so I can buy my hemi 4 door which means the Dak will get passed onto someone else. My Dak has definitely been awesome, I plan on 2 more years with it, was hoping to hit 250k, yet I only added 3k in a year, time to drive it more and more.

Ya well the way life works for me with kids it makes more sense, and IMO some of the older 4 doors had a lot of styling.

well with kids I can see why youd need (not necessarily want) a 4 door but a 4 door anything with "style"? you know what they say about opinions but you add the back doors and take away any "style" the car would have otherwise had.... if I gotta have 4 doors and you did say "older" car, I'd make it a wagon...
