If the flatbed is flat, you can pull on from the sides, but to get by without wheel humps, you would either need to raise the flatbed up 3-4 inches from where it would sit on the frame or do a shackle flip and get longer shackles. If the rear is not lifted at all with 33s, you probably only have 1-2 inches before you would hit the bottom of the flatbed.
