On hold. I've got a road trip planned in a coupla weeks to go pick up a BMW motorcycle and so I'm going to wait til I get back.
You may run into one of two issues with them (Since they will bolt up to the engine):
1. The headers don't fit in your engine bay
2. The outlet of the headers doesn't fit up to the Y-Pipe, either they are in the wrong spot, or wrong diameter.
Or it may fit, I would wait until Brian puts his in to see if he has any issues.

I think he's already pulled the trigger on them.
My replacement motor is from a 98 Durango, the stock exhaust manifolds are the same. Will be interesting to see if they fit okay. No time for that now, tho.
Yea I called this am and cancelled the order,,,they told me to call my local auto parts store and see if the 94 and 97 dakota headers will swap ok,,,gonna do that monday. But I can see potential problems with the new bodystyle with these headers,,,I hope I get good news monday,,,I like the price of those headers.
So whether mine will bolt up won't tell you much if you're trying to use them on a 95 or earlier 5.2.
My guess would be that there's a difference where it bolts up to the exhaust pipe.
